I’ve been working with Randy of World’s Finest Meetings for the past seven years. One of the most important meetings we have every year is our incentive trip which recognizes our global top sales producers, those that meet/exceed their sales goals. This incentive trip was the first meeting that I worked with WFM, specifically Randy Meacham, and he was tasked with exceeding the previous year’s outstanding location/event. Randy assisted in keeping the bar at a very high level and we were able to deliver a program that exceeded all expectations. When you have an event scrutinized for every detail by the CEO himself (a CEO that gets very involved in the program, so the pressure is on!), along with the rest of the executive team, and it’s declared the “best ever,” you know it’s a hit! Each year Randy and I work together to pull off miracles and our attendees benefit from this relationship. I source World’s Finest Meetings for all of our meetings and events, ranging from small to large, both in the US and worldwide. The largest event is our Users Conference which demands unique meeting space in addition to several hundred guest rooms. Randy is there with me from start to finish: research, site tour, contract negotiations, onsite meetings, and post review & analysis. Our partnership has become a cohesive, well-oiled machine and it’s like adding a professional to our staff without adding a penny to our overall operation budget.
