Our mission is helping organizations locate the world’s finest hotel venues available for their meetings, incentives and events, within their existing budget.
While it’s true that there are those who demand the absolute finest accommodations and facilities the world has to offer – regardless of price – we recognize that no matter how large your budget is, it is always in your best interests to get the best value and fit possible for that budget. That is why our experienced and knowledgeable sales staff can be such an advantage, since we provide complimentary help to offload much of the legwork that is required to find that best fit and value.
Our roots started over thirty years ago and our first company was, Successful Meeting Locations. As site selection specialists, we would spend hours researching properties to meet our client’s requirements, and our commitment was always to find the best venues and value within our clients’ budgets. Most of our clients were just regular companies who needed meeting space for sales or training events, annual meetings, or board retreats. Some wanted to reward their clients or customers for jobs well done, and wanted special places that people would truly enjoy and remember for years to come. Others became tired of the traditional corporate big-box hotels, and asked us to help find something unique, but still within their budget. We must have been fairly successful, as we began to have more and more opportunities to allow clients to experience a more upscale and unique experience than they were accustomed to – and we’re proud of that!
Our core values haven’t changed. We still spend hours upon hours researching locations for our clients – just like we would do for our own events. But due to our clients’ requests, over the years we have developed this upscale niche, and a level of expectation that we usually can find that “someplace special” for their event. We’ve changed our name to World’s Finest Meetings to better reflect our niche, and the broader services and scope we’ve grown into. We offer services for groups of all types, including incentive, corporate, association, education, religious and government. But we haven’t forgotten our roots, and still have many clients with limited budgets, who can’t afford 4 and 5 star properties, but still want the best bang for the buck – and to whom we strive to serve in just the same way as our larger budget clients.
